Offline by default

Orders, receipts, menu pricing, cashier workflows, and locally saved records remain on the device when a connection is unavailable.

Role-aware operations

Cashier, Supervisor, Manager, and Administrator workflows remain separate. Online administration does not alter daily sales permissions.

Optional branch sync

Administrators create a unique branch code. The Android POS uses its existing HTTPS synchronization setting when a connection is available.

Windows v1.11.6: visible Cashier shift, invoice-payment, and Supervisor-payment controls no longer rely on native Windows prompts. The installer copies an existing local POS profile to Documents/MK Cafe POS Backups before replacement, and the app also creates automatic local backups plus Administrator-exportable recovery backups. Windows installer: unsigned test build. Android Repair Test: a debug-signed side-by-side app named MK Cafe POS Repair Test. It does not replace or read the existing POS app or its local data; it starts with fresh local data. Use the published checksums to validate downloaded files.
